From Chichester follow the A259 Bognor Regis,
When you reach a pub called the Royal Oak on two mini round about go straight across and carry on the A259
 for about 1/2 mile and you will come to a
small shopping parade just past the pelican crossing
there is a sharp left hand bend and on that bend there is a right hand turning
 turn right and we are there on the right hand side next door to the chip shop
on the corner.
